'Art of Possible with GenAI' unveils the transformative potential of Generative AI (GenAI), a cutting-edge technology reshaping industries worldwide. You’ll gain insights into Amazon's internal GenAI applications and case studies of industry leaders harnessing GenAI to enhance customer experiences, boost productivity and accelerate innovation across sectors. You’ll also experience interactive demonstrations from AWS.

Working Backwards Sprint

The 'Working Backwards Sprint' enables you and your team to define a new product, service, or experience, and then rapidly bring that solution to life. This highly collaborative engagement is inspired by the same customer-centric methods used by Amazon to develop breakthrough innovations our customers love, such as Amazon Prime, Amazon Kindle, AWS, Amazon Echo and Alexa, and Amazon Go.​

Networking Opportunities

​ Networking opportunities shall be provided to all attendees during the Lunch and Tea / Coffee breaks through the day. It will be a great occasion to make new connections and develop existing ones in a casual and relaxed seating.

What's involved

Prior to the event

  • Form a team of 3-4 members of your organization to join in this experience.
  • Register each of the team members on this website.
  • Outline a business challenge or area of opportunity you are looking to solve.
  • Complete the pre-work and share it back with us.

During the event

  • AWS Innovation and Tech team will enable your team in generating ideas for customer challenge.
  • Visualize and create a customer journey with the ideas generated.
  • Finally, you will draft a Press Release & Frequently Asked Questions (PRFAQ) document for your idea.

After the event

  • Co-present the idea in the form of a PRFAQ to your leader to gain exec sponsorship for the solution.
  • AWS will support in your path to prototype to bring the outlined idea to life.

In this intensive day-long sprint, you'll dive deep into understanding your end-customer, applying a customer-centric lens to specific challenges or opportunities. Leveraging Amazon's Working Backwards process, you'll invent and define innovative solutions that address your customers' most pressing needs. Your ideas will take shape through the creation of a future Press Release and Frequently Asked Questions (PR-FAQ) document, a powerful tool for crystallizing concepts. These will then be reviewed by AWS experts and co-presented to your leadership. Ideas that secure executive sponsorship will receive dedicated support from the AWS team, transforming your vision into reality.
